Open's Jinshan Factory covers an area of 60 acres with about 20,000 square meters of factory space, boasting an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of steel structure and 3 million square meters of enclosure systems, making it a modern steel structure manufacturing factory.
The Steel Structure Engineering Operation Center includes procurement, operations, supervision, and steel structure engineering departments, capable of simultaneously managing over 50 projects with standardized, meticulous management in product quality, construction management, and project operations, earning acclaim from clients for the team's ability to undertake challenging projects.

We strive to provide quality service during the design phase to lay a solid foundation for constructing aesthetically pleasing and practical industrial buildings. Open has several branches nationwide, with technical centers and offices at the headquarters capable of responding promptly to engineering information. Whether quoting from drawings or optimizing design plans, we complete tasks efficiently and swiftly.
Open's team authored the "Prefabricated Light Steel Building System User Manual," a summary of Open's years of technical data and a bestseller in the industry. Contributed to multiple national industry standards such as "Technical Regulations for Corrugated Web Steel Structures," "Technical Regulations for Wave Web Steel Structures," and "Technical Regulations for Layered Assembly Support Steel Frame Houses." The company has applied for over 80 patents, including 30 invention patents and more than 40 utility model patents, with 6 receiving invention patent authorization. Open has also developed IT products like "Cost Control" and "Construction Daily," enhancing engineering management efficiency and standards.
20.Open has established a technology R&D center and collaborated with Jiangnan University, Zhejiang University, Shanghai Institute of Technology, and other institutions to establish a district-level expert workstation.
